Church Image: Hot air balloons

Indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, the synagogue ruler said to the people, “There are six days for work. So come and be healed on those days, not on the Sabbath.”
The Lord answered him, “You hypocrites! Doesn’t each of you on the Sabbath untie his ox or donkey from the stall and lead it out to give it water? Then should not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has kept bound for eighteen long years, be set free on the Sabbath day from what bound her?”
When he said this, all his opponents were humiliated, but the people were delighted with all the wonderful things he was doing.

Luke 13:14-17

Sundays

We are moving on! After much deliberation we have decided to change our Sunday morning format. We will not longer be meeting at Chilton Trinity but will ave services in homes. For more information please contact us.

Of course you are welcome to attend another church and still join us for the midweek fellowship. Contact us to find out more.

Suggested order of worship
Sunday themes and readings

Sunday is a day dedicated to God. We appreciate that a traditional Sunday meeting is not what everybody wants or finds easy to attend. When it is not possible to get to church on Sundays we encourage people to worship in their own homes. We see this as a normal part of the life of the Church not as a concession for the less dedicated. We have found that people find getting to a Church meeting on a Sunday difficult and in the past some Churches have made people feel awkward for not attending. If you want to worship in your own home on your own then that is fine with us. If you take this option then you are still welcome to be a part of our church so why not email us to say you are doing this and we will keep in touch.

We have found that worshipping in your own home as a family can be really good for family life.

We also believe that it is important to meet with other Christians when you can and so we also have a mid week meeting every week for those who can make it.
